Natural Teeth Whitening
Natural Teeth Whitening - An Alternative
To improve one's smile and one's facial expression and one's impression, it is important that
one keeps a proper dental care. The teeth are few of the things that most people take for granted and usually
forget, but shouldn't do because the teeth become a very good asset for a person. If the hair is a person's
crowning glory --- for the head, the teeth are for a person's smile.
With the need for teeth whitening these days --- there are some which are expensive but there
are also some which are affordable --- that's why people try to look for ways which are inexpensive, practical,
effective, and natural. Actually, it is indeed a good choice if it's naturally and physically healthy.
Surely, there are ways, which would help make teeth beautifully and sparklingly white through natural teeth
whitening. It is a solution that one would probably be most comfortable and safe with, simply because other
teeth whitening processes may somehow be dangerous. Having a natural teeth whitening method would surely be a fresh
breath of something safe and worthwhile.
Some of these natural teeth whitening ways can
just be found at almost every one's house. There's lemon juice --- its juice can be used like a toothpaste
which is brushed on the teeth, and its peel can be used as a brush which is rubbed across the teeth --- but, this
common natural teeth whitening method is not a very good idea because its citric acid robs the tooth enamel of the
needed calcium. There's strawberry --- it's mashed into a pulp and used as a toothpaste, however like the
lemon juice, is not a very good idea because of its acid. There's crunchy vegetables --- some common
vegetables like celery, carrots, broccoli, and cucumbers act like a toothbrush. There's wood ash or lye ---
the hardwood's potassium hydroxide acts as a bleaching agent when brushed on your teeth, but this isn't a good
method to practice because the potassium harms the tooth enamel.
There's baking Soda --- it's been used for a long time, together with salt, because it's an
effective natural teeth whitening process, it even kills the bacteria causing plaque and the acids harming tooth
enamel. There's peroxide --- it's brushed on the teeth like a toothpaste, but over-the-counter peroxides are
not that effective as those dental teeth whiteners. There's the combination of the peroxide and baking soda
--- this may be considered as the best natural teeth whitening remedy, if properly mixed and prepared. There
seems to be more than enough products -- be it natural teeth whitening products or not --- and all one has to think
and decide is, if he's willing to take this regimen and routine.
Natural teeth whitening methods do work, one just has to think over the
pros and cons and the dedication he's willing to put into it.
