upset and tiredness.
Although fexofenadine in an Allegra dosage is the only antihistamine that can cause the least drowsiness still it
is possible to have this effect on you. It would be safe to refrain from driving, using the machinery or any other
tasks that require mental alertness if you get affected by drowsiness.
